All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Because many of our products are custom-built, cut to size, or installed, we are unable to accept returned items once they have been delivered or installed.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please email wedoscreensllc@gmail.com or call (720) 757-0110 and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item
We will review the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution when appropriate.
Window Screen Installation Warranty
We Do Screens LLC provides a fourteen (14) day limited workmanship warranty covering installation quality and manufacturer defects related to installed window screens.
This warranty applies only to defects resulting directly from installation performed by We Do Screens LLC or manufacturer defects in the supplied screens.
Warranty claims must be reported in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the installation date by contacting wedoscreensllc@gmail.com.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or neglect
• Environmental conditions
• Building movement or structural changes
• Actions by property owners, residents, or third parties
Window Cleaning Services
Due to environmental conditions outside of We Do Screens control—including but not limited to weather, wind, pollen, dust, irrigation overspray, or airborne debris—no warranty or guarantee is provided for window cleaning services once the service has been completed.
